The Position

For this role we are looking for a strong leader who is able to spearhead the Singapore Team in the launch of our Tech hiring marketplace. Ideally you have a background in Recruitment or Sales in a SaaS-based environment and you are a natural go-getter and achiever who is able to build and motivate your team to great results.

Things we want:

  • 4 years or more of relevant work experience, preferably in recruiting role and/or in a SaaS-based environment with a client-facing role
  • Experience leading sales teams & track record of consistently achieving team targets
  • A deep understanding of Marketplace models along with knowledge of local market dynamics of the city
  • Stellar interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and hyper-growth environment
  • Strong English communications skills, proficiency in the local language is a huge plus
Job Description
  • Grow and sustain the city's revenues with P&L responsibilities
  • Translate business go-to-market plan into execution & laying down roadmap for city growth
  • Strategize and execute all initiatives including operational troubleshooting when required
  • Establish strategic partnerships with communities and city administrations and govt. partners
  • Lead the Operations team in delivering the best Customer Experience while having a 360-degree view from Customer Care to Optimal utilization of resources.
  • Ensure a healthy mix of demand and supply (hiring companies & talent pool)
  • Run the team from hiring and training to assigning targets, formulating incentive plans as well as career progression planning for each member of the team.
  • Support HQ executive managers from various departments by providing city information and meaningful business/market information periodically
  • Review team performance against Key Result Areas and critical metrics to improve and sustain performance leading to profitability goals.
  • Assume complete responsibility for admin, HR , and cash flow related tasks and manage business expenses;
  • Ensure team members to follow core processes in order to optimize and increase team effectiveness and efficiency
  • Own the administration function, operational performance reporting, and streamline processes and systems wherever possible.
