Job Description

As Community Manager you will play a vital role in building the local community, organizing events, supporting online community management and creating evangelists in Vietnam and beyond. You are the connector between Talents, Accounts and Managers, facilitating community growth and putting humans first. 



· Translate the local Event Strategy to community activities and proactively looking for
opportunities to grow the community; 

· Working with regional social media manager to manage and support our online community in Vietnam; 

· Be the brand ambassador of the GetLinks community and spokesperson during events;  

· Coordinate and execute promotional activities in close collaboration with the Regional Marketing team  

· Build relationships with venues, speakers and partners for the local market and ensure an up to date and growing database; 

· Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives throughout the market and ensure timely event promotion  

· Create a brief for the local team to execute the event according to the community playbook; 

· Own and drive third party (EventBrite, MeetUp, Facebook) online promotion tools; 

· Ensure all marketing and sales collateral (including video and digital) is present and fully utilized; 

· Ensure events are in line with the GetLinks brand and are contributing to brand awareness in the market; 

· Ensure events are executed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur; 

· Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports; 

· Support Global Events and pro-actively suggest ways to improve operations.
