  • 2 years of relevant lead generation and B2B sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment or start-up.
  • Track record of hitting constant personal & team’s targets
  • Great presentation and communication ability
  • Have high energy level and initiatives to bring new ideas to the team (Critical) Knowledge
    of sales process is required; experience in a quota-carrying role
  • Knowledge of recruiting, HR tech and e-commerce
  • Comfortable in CRMs tools ike Hubspot / SalesForce Proficient
    in office suites like Excel, PPT

Job Description
  • Establish effective inbound/outbound strategies to acquire, convert and nuture leads to prospects, to customers.
  • Understand Getlinks business model and educate prospects on the value of our solutions vs. traditional recruiting
  • Take ownership and actively track all account activities on CRM to ensure efficient sales cycle with best practiceses
    and processes
  • Maintain strong relationships with exisiting key accounts, identify cross-sell opportunities while having a
    360-degree view from Customer Care to optimal utilization of resources.
  • Use your effervescent personality to demo our product and build client relationships
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders in HQ by providing city information, local customer feedback & meaningful market
    demand insights periodically.


  • Familiar with the various types of programming languages
  • Good knowledge of using CMS, spreadsheets, and excel
  • Experience in technical recruitment
